PATTERN CONVEYOR BELT

Structure:

Pattern conveyor belt is made up of patterned rubber surface, flat rubber surface, and belt core.

Application:

Used to transport material with obliquity between 0~40°,to prevent the materials sling down.

Height of patterns: 5, 10, 15, 20mm

Note: the pattern shape can be designed according to the requirements of the clients.

Normal type

Different material and different obliquity has different requirement for the pattern shape and height.

Normal type include: Chevron type, V-shaped type, Fishbone type, U type, Cylindrical type, Pitting type and so on.

Suitable to transport Powder, Granular and Pieces material whose inclination is less than 30°

Maintenance of the pattern conveyor belt

During delivery and storage, the pattern conveyor belt should

1. Keep Clean, Avoid Direct Sunlight, Rain and Snow, Avoid to connect with the acid, alkali, oil, organic solvent and so.

2. Keep at least one meter away from the heating device, better to keep temperature of the warehouse between 18-40 C and relative humidity between 50- 80 %.

3. Put the belt in roll, refuse to fold up the best and flip once every season, refuse to connect different type for use, better to use cementing method.

4. Speed can’t be faster than 2.5meters/s, try to take low speed for big pieces, heavy abrasion material and fixed unloading device.

5. Make feeding direction same as the moving direction of the conveyor belt. When material sliding down, Use chute to reduce the impact to belt, Reduce the materials’ sliding distance; Reduce the distance of idler roller and use butt roller as leakage material for the bearing parts of the conveyor belt, and the baffle should be moderate soft, Never be too hard to avoid scratching the surface of the conveyor belt.
